About Digital Space Social Poster

Digital Space Social Poster is our social media scheduling tool: one content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, where each platform allows. Connect your accounts, draft a post once, and schedule it across every platform you post to. It's hosted at social.digital-space.io, built on proven open-source scheduling software, and run and supported by the same team as the rest of Digital Space.

What account data we access

We request only the permissions each connected platform requires to schedule and publish posts on your behalf: we don't request or use data beyond that. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what's collected, and our Data Deletion page for how to remove your account's data at any time.

Digital Space Social Poster is our scheduling tool for small business social accounts: one calendar for every platform you post to, instead of switching between four apps and a sticky note of passwords. Connect your accounts, draft a post once, and schedule it across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn where the platform allows, with a visual content calendar and a media library so you can see what is going out and when. It is built on proven open-source scheduling software, which we host, run and support for you.

There are no limits on connected accounts, users or scheduled posts on any plan, so a sole trader and a busy team pay the same for the basics. Starter is the scheduler on its own, at £10 a month. The AI assistant plan, £20 a month in total, adds an AI agent you can chat to: ask it to draft a post or suggest ideas, and it delivers 8 suggested posts a month into your drafts, with a fair-use chat allowance of 50 messages. Daily, £35 a month in total, gives you about 30 suggested posts a month, one a day, created into your drafts, 100 chat messages and a short monthly review of what worked. Need more ideas on the AI assistant plan? Add 4 more suggested posts a month for £5. The AI is run by us, so there is nothing to set up or pay for separately. Suggestions are capped each month to keep it fair, and nothing is posted until you schedule it yourself, unless you choose to have suggestions auto-created into drafts for you to review. We're launching in early access while we complete platform review with Meta and TikTok, so calls to action currently read "Join early access" rather than a live signup. Pricing and functionality are accurate, but availability depends on that review completing.

Is there a limit on accounts or users?
No. Every plan includes unlimited connected accounts, users, uploads and scheduled posts. The plans differ in the AI: Starter (£10 a month) has none, the AI assistant plan (£20 a month in total) adds chat with the agent and 8 suggested posts a month, and Daily (£35 a month in total) gives about 30 a month. The tool is built on proven open-source scheduling software, run and supported by us.
How many suggested posts do I get, and can I get more?
The AI assistant plan includes 8 suggested posts a month, delivered as drafts for you to edit, schedule or bin. Daily includes about 30 a month, roughly one a day. Suggestions are capped each month to keep the service fair. If you want more on the AI assistant plan, you can add 4 more suggested posts a month for £5.
Who pays for the AI, and does it post by itself?
We run and pay for the AI as part of the plan price, so there are no separate AI accounts or usage bills. Chat has a fair-use monthly allowance of 50 messages on the AI assistant plan and 100 on Daily. Nothing is posted unless you schedule it yourself, unless you choose to have suggestions auto-created into drafts, which you still review.
